All items marked “Ready for immediate dispatch” are kept in our own warehouse and can be dispatched by us immediately or picked up by you.

For us, working days are all days from Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding regional holidays in Baden-Württemberg, Germany).

The following applies to all items marked “Ready for immediate dispatch”:

If your order is received by 2:00 p.m. , we will process, pack and ship your order on the same working day . In any case, the order will be ready for dispatch on the following working day at the latest. This means that the goods will be handed over to our logistics partner on the following working day at the latest. Working days for us are all days from Monday to Friday.

Orders paid via bank transfer are only processed after the money has been received in our account. With instant transfers, we receive the money immediately and begin processing your order immediately. For all other transfers, the transfer time depends on the respective credit institution. Classic transfers within Germany usually reach us within 1 to 2 working days.

The following applies to all items that are not marked “Ready for immediate dispatch”:

We process all orders immediately. Items that are not immediately ready for dispatch, such as "Ready for dispatch in 2-3 working days", cannot be dispatched immediately.

We do not stock these items in our own warehouse and order them from our respective supplier or manufacturer at the same time as your order.

This enables us to offer a comprehensive range and gives you the advantage of always receiving original goods first hand. We are also in close contact with the respective manufacturers and can offer you comprehensive service and support even beyond product deliveries.

Example:
Items that we have marked "Ready for dispatch in 2-3 working days" are usually dispatched within two to three working days after receipt of your order. This is based on the time it takes for the item to be ready for dispatch, plus the selected delivery time.

One order, but items with different delivery times

Items with different lead times (e.g. 'Ready to ship in 2-3 business days' and 'Ready to ship immediately' ) are not normally shipped separately.

In order to offer you lower shipping costs and also to protect our environment, we usually ship all items in an order together.

If the items ordered in an order are marked with different delivery times, the delivery time for the item with the longest delivery time applies. Items marked as pre-orders will be sent separately and individually.

If you need one or more of the items ordered immediately, please contact us, a simple message via email or WhatsApp is sufficient. Alternatively, you can also let us know via the comments field in the checkout process (yes, we really do read these messages).

I have ordered, now what?

As soon as you have placed your order via our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email.

As soon as we hand over your order to our logistics service provider, you will receive another email containing all the tracking information. Care instructions

How to Properly Care for Your Inline Skate Wheels
For More Speed, Control, and Durability

The wheels are the heart of your inline skates – they provide grip, speed, and a smooth ride. But dirt, wear, and improper storage can quickly reduce their performance. With the right care, your wheels stay in top shape longer – whether you're skating urban routes, doing freestyle, or aggressive tricks. Here’s how to give your inline skate wheels the best possible care.

1. Why Wheel Care Is Important

More Control & Grip: Clean wheels provide better traction – especially during fast turns, slides, or tricks.

Even Wear:

  • Regular rotation and cleaning prevent flat spots and vibrations.

Longer Lifespan:

  • Proper care reduces material wear and protects the bearings.
2. Cleaning Wheels – Simple and Effective

After Every Session:

  • Remove dust, sand, and small stones using a dry cloth or soft brush

If wet or muddy:

  • wipe with a damp cloth and let them dry completely

Check for cracks or debris – especially after outdoor rides

Monthly Deep Cleaning:

  • Remove the wheels (with a skate tool or Allen key)
  • Clean with warm water and mild soap
  • Dry thoroughly – no moisture should reach the bearings
  • Clean bearings separately (remove them if necessary)
  • Reassemble everything – done!
3. Rotating the Wheels – For Even Wear

Inline skate wheels never wear down evenly – especially with frequent heel braking or aggressive carving.
Tip:

  • Rotate wheels diagonally, e.g., front left ↔ back right
  • This ensures even wear and extends the lifespan.

Especially important for:

  • Urban Skating / Freeskate
  • Slalom
  • Aggressive Skating, where front wheels wear faster
4. When Should You Replace Your Wheels?

Check your wheels regularly for:

  • Flat spots
  • Uneven rolling
  • Cracks, dents, or chipping
  • Heavily worn profile

If the wheels are noticeably smaller or unevenly worn, it’s time for a new set.
Tip: Note down the original wheel diameter – it helps with comparisons.

5. Don’t Forget the Bearings!

Even the best wheels won’t perform if the bearings are clogged or dry.
So:

  • Clean bearings regularly (e.g., with a special bearing cleaner)
  • Lightly oil them afterward – with speed oil or Teflon oil

For sealed bearings:

  • maintenance is only possible if the shields are removable
6. Proper Storage

Don’t store skates in damp basements or direct sunlight

Wheels prefer dry, cool, UV-protected places

Wipe them briefly after each session – this helps prevent rust on the bearings

Conclusion:

More Fun with Well-Maintained Wheels
With just a few simple steps, you can extend the life of your wheels, improve your skating experience, and stay safer on every ride. Whether you skate for fun or with serious ambition – clean and well-maintained wheels always pay off.

Description

The POWERSLIDE Phoenix 90mm DD Wheels are premium dual density inline speed skating wheels designed for ambitious speed skaters, competitive racers, and performance-focused fitness skaters.

Combining advanced Dual Density technology, excellent grip, and efficient rolling performance, the POWERSLIDE Phoenix 90mm Wheels deliver an outstanding balance of speed, control, and comfort.

Manufactured in Germany, these high-performance 90mm Inline Racing Wheels are available in two hardness options: Medium (approximately 84A) and Hard (approximately 86A).

This allows skaters to choose the wheel characteristics that best suit their skating style, racing conditions, and personal preferences.

Featuring premium polyurethane compounds, an optimized Phoenix Race Hub, and a rounded wheel profile, the POWERSLIDE Phoenix DD Wheels are particularly suitable for competitive inline speed skating, marathon racing, long-distance skating, and performance fitness training.

Dual Density Technology – Maximum Grip and Efficient Rolling Performance

At the heart of the POWERSLIDE Phoenix 90mm DD Wheels is the innovative Dual Density (DD) technology.

Unlike conventional single-density inline wheels, these Dual Density Racing Wheels feature two specially engineered polyurethane layers designed to work together.

Softer Inner Polyurethane Layer

The softer inner layer improves the wheel's ability to adapt to the skating surface under load, increasing the effective contact area during powerful strides.

Key benefits include:
  • Improved grip during powerful skating pushes.
  • Enhanced comfort through additional cushioning.
  • Greater control during fast corners and edge transitions.
  • Efficient energy transfer throughout the skating stride.
  • Harder Outer Polyurethane Layer
  • The firmer outer layer is optimized for efficient rolling performance and high-speed skating.

Its advantages include:
  • Reduced rolling resistance for efficient speed.
  • Smooth and consistent rolling characteristics.
  • Responsive handling during powerful skating movements.
  • Reliable performance during demanding training sessions and races.

Together, these two polyurethane layers provide the POWERSLIDE Phoenix Dual Density Wheels with an excellent balance of grip, speed, and comfort.

Medium 84A or Hard 86A – Two Hardness Options for Different Racing Conditions

The POWERSLIDE Phoenix 90mm Speed Skating Wheels are available in two hardness options to accommodate different skating preferences and performance requirements.

Medium – Approximately 84A

The Medium version features a slightly softer compound, making it an excellent choice for skaters who prioritize grip and comfort.

  • Slightly softer polyurethane compound.
  • Excellent grip during powerful skating strides.
  • Comfortable rolling characteristics over longer distances.
  • Ideal for speed skating, marathon racing, and performance fitness skating.

Hard – Approximately 86A

The Hard version features a firmer compound designed for skaters seeking a more direct and speed-oriented skating experience.

  • Firmer polyurethane compound for responsive handling.
  • Designed for efficient rolling and high-speed performance.
  • Direct power transfer during demanding skating sessions.
  • Ideal for racing, competitions, and performance-focused speed skating.

Whether you choose Medium or Hard, both versions of the POWERSLIDE Phoenix 90mm DD Wheels deliver advanced racing technology for demanding inline skaters.

Optimized Phoenix Race Hub – Stability and Efficient Power Transfer

The POWERSLIDE Phoenix 90mm DD Wheels feature a specially developed Phoenix Race Hub, engineered to balance structural stiffness with controlled flexibility.

This optimized construction supports efficient energy transfer during powerful skating strides while maintaining stability at high speeds.

Key features of the Phoenix Race Hub include:
  • Optimized stiffness: Supports direct and efficient power transfer.
  • Controlled flexibility: Promotes balanced skating characteristics.
  • Dome-shaped design: Specially engineered hub geometry for efficient rolling.
  • Small interlock construction: Optimized connection between the hub and polyurethane.
  • High-speed stability: Designed for the demands of competitive inline speed skating.

The combination of the Phoenix Race Hub and Dual Density polyurethane construction makes these 90mm Inline Speed Skating Wheels an excellent choice for ambitious racers.

Rounded Wheel Profile – Smooth Edge Transitions and Precise Control

The specially developed rounded profile of the POWERSLIDE Phoenix 90mm Inline Wheels supports smooth transitions between the inside and outside edges.

This allows skaters to maintain precise control during fast directional changes and powerful skating strides.

The rounded contact surface also contributes to consistent ground contact and efficient rolling performance.

At higher speeds and over longer distances, skaters benefit from the combination of responsive edge transitions and stable rolling characteristics.

Made in Germany – Premium European Manufacturing Quality

The POWERSLIDE Phoenix DD Wheels combine premium European materials with precision manufacturing.

The raw polyurethane materials are sourced from France, where the polyurethane components and injection materials used for the wheel hubs are also produced.

The final casting and processing take place in Germany, ensuring carefully controlled manufacturing quality.

This European production process reflects POWERSLIDE's commitment to advanced materials, precision engineering, and consistent product performance.
