Statutory Warranty and Guarantee at SkaMiDan
When shopping at SkaMiDan, you should know what rights you have. Statutory warranty rights apply to goods you purchase in our online shop. From the time you receive the goods, you are always entitled to a warranty of at least two years.
- The 2-year warranty begins upon receipt of your goods.
If a defect appears within one year after delivery, you do not have to prove that it existed at the time of delivery. It is assumed that the defect already existed, unless we as the seller can prove otherwise.
