Your Rights at SkaMiDan: Statutory Warranty
When shopping at SkaMiDan, you should know your rights. The goods you purchase from our online shop are covered by statutory legal guarantee rights.
- You are always entitled to a legal guarantee of at least two years from the date you receive the goods.
The two-year legal guarantee begins when you receive your goods. If a defect becomes apparent within one year of delivery, you do not have to prove that it existed at the time of delivery. The defect is presumed to have already existed unless we, as the seller, can prove otherwise. The European Union summarises the key information on this in a standardised notice.
What Does Statutory Warranty Mean?
If a product purchased from SkaMiDan is already defective upon delivery and this defect becomes apparent within the statutory warranty period, you can exercise your statutory warranty rights. This includes, for example, products that do not match their description or do not work as intended.
