Telephone advice and visiting hours
We offer flexible times for both telephone consultations and visits to our office. Please schedule an appointment with us.
- Mondays, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Tuesdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Wednesdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Thursdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Fridays, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
On Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on German public holidays, we take plenty of time for ourselves and our loved ones.
For spontaneous calls and questions, we are generally available from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You can also contact us anytime by email or WhatsApp.

We are a two-person team and offer you four different services:

We can only fully commit to our passion for skating by flexibly dividing our time between you and our work behind the scenes.
